Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use mindenmotion.com or purchase from Minden Motion, operated by Active Wear LLC. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the shop

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and address details and keep any account credentials private. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content.

Product information and sizing

We describe clothing using the available style details and measurements. Images may appear different across screens. Garment measurements can vary slightly because of manual measurement; check the individual product page before choosing a label size. Styling accessories shown in a photograph are not included unless the product’s contents say otherwise.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Review your items, selected sizes and address before placing an order. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request and does not by itself guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

If a material pricing or product information error affects an order, or we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you with the available options. We will not substitute an item or charge a revised price without your agreement. If an order is canceled after a charge, the amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded.

Delivery and changes

Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by transit of 2–7 days. Standard shipping is free on orders $59 or more and $6.99 below that threshold. See the Shipping Policy for details, tracking and delay options.

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We can make adjustments only when the order’s processing stage allows them.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and retained in their original packaging. Our Refund Policy explains the return address, shipping cost responsibilities and inspection process. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt; approved refunds are then initiated, with posting time determined by your bank.

Site content and fair use

Minden Motion branding, written content and site design may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product photographs are presented to help you choose clothing. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you.

Responsibility and applicable rights

Use clothing as intended and follow its care label. We do not promise specific exercise outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
